We did a dryer vent cleaning job in Fresno after the client said their dryer was taking longer than usual to dry clothes, and they had been living in their home for 14 years and never had the vent cleaned. At 5D Handyman Service, we removed the dryer and disconnected the gas line and exhaust line so we could access the ducting, then we swept the vent ducting roughly 20 feet. We pulled out a substantial amount of lint and debris, which helps the dryer run better and dry clothes faster, and it is a good reason to stay on top of a dryer vent cleaning service.
